Wild Goose Canning systems use closed-loop architecture with an intuitive and user-friendly interface. All crucial timings and settings are available through a color, touch-screen interface. If any critical component malfunctions or behaves in a non-standard way, an error code is indicated, making diagnostics and repair simple.

Our Seamer Revolution
Wild Goose Canning entered a marketplace that was looking for a repeatable seaming solution and delivered a seaming revolution.
The Wild Goose system is a pneumatically actuated, cam-driven Seamer with easily adjustable rollers that allow for precise adjustment to form seams that are within can-maker specifications. Seams are formed in under a second, quicker than any other system in its class. The Wild Goose Canning Seamer is easy to adjust and can be quickly removed or inserted for rapid repair and maintenance.
WGC Fill Station
Often imitated but never duplicated, this module first purges each can with CO2 to eliminate air and then fills cans using a patented line-restriction technology and dual stage fill.
Fill valves are actuated from the bottom, which means accuracy to 0.5 ml and no air pulled into the fill tubes between cycles. The result of the WGC Purge/Fill design is accurate fills with minimal entrained air and minimal headspace that lead to stale beer.
WGC Lid Placement Station
An intelligent, closed loop system that includes tracking lids in the chute, dispensing, placement, seating and retention.
The result is reliable lid placement to the WGC Seaming Station with the lid controlled throughout the drop to decrease O2 pickup and missed lids, minimize waste and eliminate contamination.
